Adding natural colors from a variety of vegetables and herbs are a great way to add nutrients and color to your pasta dishes without artificial colors or additives.  You can either juice some of your favorite vegetables or add flowers to tea to provide vibrant colors to your pasta dish. This is also a sneaky way to add extra nutrition to you pasta dishes for picky eaters.

Pink=Beets

Blue=Purple cabbage or Butterfly Pea flower

Yellow= Tumeric

Orange- Paprika or Harissa

Green= Parsley or Spinach (Parsley makes a darker green)

Red= Harissa and Beets
