Homemade Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Filtered Water
  • 1 cup Raw Almonds

Instructions

  • Soak almonds over night. Drain water and add 4 cups filtered water to you 1 cup of soaked almonds. Blend in a high-speed blender until creamy. Strain Almonds using a Nut Bag. Pour Milk into containers and chill. If you want to drink your almond milk right away, substitute ice for some of your water.
You can now dry your almond meal in a dehydrator or oven on low heat then turn into Almond Flour by using a blender or Food processor.

Notes

This recipe makes creamy milk with a very rich and delicious earthy flavor. This is superior over store-bought almond milk as it has no artificial preservatives, additives or emulsifiers.
