Refreshing Cucumber Chia Water

Looking for a tasty, healthy, refreshing and hydrating beverage? Look no further.  This tastes good right away but best after the chia seeds swell to a jell consistency

Ingredients

  • 1/2 English Cucumber Leave skin on
  • 1 tsp Chia Seeds
  • 2 quarts Water

Instructions

  • Cut cucumber in into quarters.
    Add cucumber, chia, and water to blender.  Blend 
    Pour in pitcher and put in refrigerator.  Done! 2 quarts of amazing refreshing deliciousness
