Of all the Nut Butters I make at home, Pistachio Butter is my ABSOLUTE favorite! There’s no recipe here, because it’s REALLY that simple. Add Roasted Pistachios to a food processor and blend! It will take a while to get the nuts to release their natutal fats. It will get creamy on it’s own if you are patient. If you are NOT patient, and/or want to thin out your nut butter, just add olive oil or oil of your choosing to get things moving and grooving. 🙂
