This is my absolute favorite and I ALWAYS have homemade granola in my pantry at all times. When I make granola, I typically choose 1 nut, 1 seed and 1 dried fruit and oats. This time I used ALL THE THINGS! I used Almonds, walnuts, cashews, pecans, dried cranberries, cherries, blueberries, golden raisins, apricots, chia seeds, seasame seeds and sunflower seeds, Best granola and granola bars EVER! Don’t be intimidated by my ingredients on this batch. They aren’t necessary, I was just showing off lol. Seriously, I make this granola weekly and only use 1 of each ingredient. It is delicious! This recipe is fail-proof and sure to please! Try it and let me know how much you love it!
Best granola ever!

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F. Line an 8-inch square pan with a silicone liner (no need for spray) or wax or parchment paper and lightly spray with coconut oil spray, or spray of your choice.
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped nuts, seeds, and dried fruit.

- Pour mixture into prepared pan and press it out evenly: Pro Tip: Lightly spray a piece of wax paper it with nonstick spray. Use the sprayed side wax paper to press and spread evenly into pan.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes then stir the granola. Bake another 5 minutes or until brown. Note: the granola will not be crunchy at this point. It will crunch up when it cools. Place pan on cooling rack and let cool for 15 to 20 minutes then crumble into pieces for granola.
