I don’t know about you but I just Looove Buddha bowls. Looking for more inspiration, just look them up on Insta or a quick Google Search. I love to take standard items I have leftover in my fridge and pantry and create something delicious, nutritious and colorful.

Buddha Bowl

Take any of your favorite ingredients or do a "what ever is in the fridge bowl" and layer them in a bowl next to each other. Mix veggies, grains, nuts and seeds for a great punch in the face of nutrients and texture. Top with a creamy avocado if you have one and Boom chacka lacka! 
Note: You can dehydrate many of these ingredients for a delicious Buddha bowl on the trail 🙂
